Facility Management
We have extended our services to include facility management for both residential and office buildings.
Our facility management unit can provide a complete end-to-end solution, from in-house trained service staff to maintenance, cleaning, 24-hour security, and administration (pictured right Mr. Frank Jakab, Head Concierge at Vigyázó Ház).
As with our management of residential flats, we are selective about those buildings we choose to manage, and are currently focusing on high-end properties in Budapest’s central business district.
A good example is Vigyázó Ferenc utca 3, which currently houses our office headquarters. After undergoing a complete reconstruction with the help of renowned designer John Rocha, the 33-unit former palace is now the only apartment building in Budapest with a 24-hour, New York style apartment house concierge service.
